Once you fill out the contact form, we'll send a link to schedule a Google Meet. On this free virtual consult, we'll connect and ensure our personalities fit together. If you decide you're ready to commit (YAY!), you'll receive a contract, invoice, and initial questionnaire to get started.

Planning Time
Day or night, we are readily available for you. Any questions are encouraged! Feel free to pick our brain on anything regarding your wedding. We have seen many different variations and will create a detailed timeline to keep everyone on track with the day's events.

Q. Will you be the one taking the pictures on the day of?
We're not some chop-shop photo company that hands your wedding off to a photographer you've never met. When you book with us, you're working with Veronica and me from start to finish — we're there with you through the whole process, right up through your wedding day, making sure every unforgettable moment is captured beautifully. Our goal is simple: help make your day feel as memorable as the love story that brought you here.
Q. How far in advance should we book you?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue locked in — most of our couples book anywhere from 9-14 months out. Popular dates (think Saturdays in fall!) tend to fill up fast, but if your wedding is right around the corner, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll always do our best to make it work.
Q. How do we make payments?
All wedding payments are made through our secure online invoice system. A $1,000 non-refundable retainer secures your date, half of the remaining balance is due three months before the wedding, and the final balance is due two weeks before your big day.
Q. How long does it take to receive our gallery?
Production time for your gallery will depend on which collection you choose. The Above & Beyond Collection offers a 1-week sneak peek turnaround and full gallery delivery in 8 weeks! Inquire to get more details on all package options.
Q. How do I receive my images?
All images will be prepared through a private online gallery for you to share with friends and family. You can download high-resolution digital Images, and beautiful albums and prints can be purchased in the online store.
Yes, and we actually love this part. We'll work directly with your planner (or with you, if you're DIY-ing it) to build a photography timeline that makes sense — enough time for portraits, family formals, and those quiet in-between moments, without eating into your reception. Good communication before the day means less stress on the day.
Q. Do you help coordinate the timeline or shot list with our planner?

Happens more than you'd think, and honestly, we love a good backup plan. We always scout indoor and covered options ahead of time so weather never derails your photos. And if your timeline shifts on the day-of (it happens!), we roll with it — our job is to stay flexible so you don't have to stress about it.
Q. How many photos will we get, and how long until we see them?
You'll typically receive 800 - 1000 fully edited photos, and we deliver your full gallery within 8 weeks. We know the wait can feel long, so we'll usually send a sneak peek within 7 days of your wedding so you have something to swoon over right away.
Q. Can we request specific shots or a "must-have" list?
Absolutely — in fact, we encourage it! Before your wedding, we'll send over a questionnaire (or hop on a call) to talk through any must-have shots, special family dynamics, or meaningful details you don't want us to miss. We'll always use our eye to capture the in-between moments too, but your priorities are our priorities.
